SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
Our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. All orders are dispatched from our store located in Bunbury WA within 24 hours of ordering on weekdays. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email hello@afez.com.au
DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
Regular (Australia Post) $13 minimum charge, dependent on size and weight of the order costs may differ. Accurate charges are advised at checkout - Delivery within 3-7 business days
Express (Australia Post) $15 minimum charge, dependent on size and weight of the order costs may differ. Accurate charges are advised at checkout - Delivery within 1-5 business days.
TOLL - quote depending on size of product
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of COVID delays, customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible.
LOST PARCELS
Afez offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post or TOLL. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.
