Authentic earthenware cooking Tajine
These Tajines are not perfect in their formation and have a rustic finish as they are entirely handmade in traditional potteries.
Small chips to the base and lid are usual and do not constitute faults nor do irregularities in the glaze.
Must be soaked in water for a minimum of 6 hours before each use and overnight before using for the first time.
Traditionally used over hot coals but can also be used on a gas stove with a diffuser or in the oven
Care instructions will be provided with the tajines.
